Contest Rules

  1. GENERAL TERMS

    The contest (hereinafter, the "Contest") is organized by Carrefour de la Rive-Sud (hereinafter, the "Organizer"), located in Boucherville.

    This contest is not managed, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, nor is it associated with Facebook in any way. The information submitted is intended solely for the Organizer and used only within the context of the Contest.

  2. ELIGIBILITY

    The contest is open to any resident of Quebec, aged 18 or older, with a Facebook account, excluding employees of the Organizer, associated partners, and their immediate families or individuals living with them.

  3. HOW TO ENTER (NO PURCHASE REQUIRED)

    On Facebook:

    • Follow the Faubourg Boisbriand Facebook page
    • Like the post.
    • Tag friends in the comments.
    • Participants can enter as many times as they wish.

  4. PRIZES

    Participants can win the prize announced on Facebook.

    Total number of winners: 1.

    Total value: Depends on the prize announced in the post.

  5. DRAWING

    The draw will take place on the date specified in the post. The winner will be contacted directly via the platform on which they entered.

  6. ODDS OF WINNING

    The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received during the Contest Period.

  7. CLAIMING THE PRIZE

    To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must:

    • Respond to the Organizer within 3 days. If no response is received, another draw will be conducted.
    • Claim their prize within 7 days of the draw.

  8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

    Prizes are neither exchangeable nor transferable. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the rules, postpone, or cancel the contest in the event of force majeure.
